1. Services

• Services are provided according to the selected package (Starter, Growth, Premium) and any Add-On Services.

• Work outside the listed scope is billed separately.

2. Payments

• A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins.

• Balances are due upon delivery or milestone completion.

• Maintenance/retainer fees are billed monthly in advance.

• Late payments may result in paused or suspended services.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide timely content, branding assets, and approvals.

• Delays in providing materials may extend project timelines.

4. Hosting & Third-Party Services

• The Starter Package requires you to pay Wix hosting directly. Growth and Premium include hosting within maintenance fees.

• Third-party costs (domains, SSL, email tools, payment processors, etc.) are billed directly to the client.

• LTD Creative Solutions is not responsible for third-party downtime or service errors.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• Upon final payment, you own your website design, branding assets provided, and custom work created for you.

• We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.

• Licensed stock assets and plugins remain subject to their original terms.

6. Revisions & Edits

• Each package includes revisions during the design phase.

• Additional revisions or new features may incur extra fees.

7. SEO & Marketing

• SEO and marketing services follow best practices but no guarantees are made regarding rankings, traffic, or conversions.

• Advertising budgets and campaign costs are separate from setup/management fees.

8. Cancellation

• Either party may cancel with written notice. Deposits are non-refundable.

• Work completed up to cancellation is billable.

• Monthly maintenance can be canceled with 30 days’ written notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

• LTD Creative Solutions is not liable for indirect or incidental damages from use of your website.

• Liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

10. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Disputes will be handled in Wise County, Texas.
